Involvement in the recruitment of the sales team
A Levels or equivalent, with a strong experience
At least 3 years of sales experience and ideally in high-end ladies ready-to-wear stores
Strong sales and communication skills
High interest and knowledge in fashion
Strong ability to motivate, guide, train and develop the team
A solid track record of exceeding KPI targets
Organized with a strong sense of analysis and decision making
Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of sales techniques and enhancement of products
Well spoken and written English
Computer skills
